Osborn D322 Tripoli Compound is a medium grease tripoli polishing compound most commonly used in metalworking and woodworking industries. D322 rouge polishing compound is a fast, aggressive cut buffing rouge used for polishing and smoothing surfaces. Tripoli buffing compound is often used as a pre-polishing step before applying a final polishing compound or wax to further enhance the shine and protection of the surface.

Description: Tripoli bar composition. Use brown tripoli compound to quickly remove sanding marks, belt lines, imperfections, scratches , and grease wheel marks from aluminum, copper, brass, and other non-ferrous metals. Recommended for use with treated sisal or cloth buffs. Not considered a coloring compound but can be used with untreated cloth buffing wheels for moderate color. Tripoli Buffing Compound is a versatile and effective solution for achieving a high-quality finish on a variety of materials. Bars are approximately 2" x 2" x 10" and have an average weight of 2.5 pounds.
Typical Application: Metal finishing. Use with treated or untreated sisal and cotton buffs to remove sanding, belting or grease wheel marks prior to color buffing.
Average Case Weight: 34 lbs.
Average Drum Weight: 450 lbs.
Precautions: Do not breathe dust during use, contains silica. Wear appropriate safety clothing and respiratory protection. Generated dust exposure can irritate eyes and skin.
Note: Storage may vary depending on average temp & humidity. Store away from heat, product flash point is above 350F. Guaranteed for quality and performance.
Tip: Fresh composition will provide the best results. If the compound will be not be used completely within 30 days store in an airtight container to extend the shelf life and maintain optimal performance.
