Do you make a 10" flannel airway, class 4 16 ply? Basically, the larger version of sku B122101.

We don’t stock that configuration but it can be made. They would be around $1.00 more each. Answered: 10/31/18

What tool do you put the 10" Airway Buff (SKU A031304) onto?

You would need a Quickcenter safety flange set and then you could mount it on any straight or angle polisher or grinder with a 5/8-11 thread which nearly all of them have. Answered: 12/01/18

Self center flange what the différence betwen mod:E162500and E162600 thanks

The Quickcenter X1 has a short step on the back plate to assist in centering the buff prior to installing the top plate. This step does reduce the amount of threads in the top plate in order to prevent contact with the back plate when installed. If the X1 will be used on a tool with a short arbor shaft it may have less than ideal thread contact which could result in stripping the top plate when tightening. In this instance it would be better to select the Original Quickcenter design which has a flat backplate and a taller centering step on the threaded top plate allowing for additional thread contact.

In conclusion:
The Quickcenter X1 is designed for faster wheel changes on tools with long arbor shafts.
The Original Quickcenter is a universal fit and works well with both long and short arbor shafts. Wheel change times might be slightly increased.

I was wondering if your billet safety flanges work on Zephyr airways?

As you may already know the Quickcenter Safety Flanges are designed specifically for our buffs for the most secure and balanced operation. Subsequently we cannot guarantee they will fit metal center buffs from other manufacturers. If they're not a close fit you will most likely experience increased vibration during use and if the buff already is out of balance then this would only add to that problem.

Can you supply a replacement inner container for the quart glue pot? This will be my third, the previous two having developed pinprick holes and leaked!

We have run into this issue in the past and spoke with the manufacturer about it, the following was their response and resolution. Over time, heated hide glue will cause corrosion with aluminum and eventually result in your exact issue with the inner chamber. To resolve this and prevent it from ever happening again they produced the copper inner chamber which will not corrode. They are expensive to produce and in turn more expensive to purchase but do last indefinitely and completely resolves this issue. You can find this inner chamber here: https://www.infinish.com/index.php/equipment/hold-heet/e202670.html. Unfortunately these are only made for the 1-quart glue pots and yours is a 2-quart. You could either purchase a 1-quart pot with the copper inner chamber or we could supply you with a replacement aluminum 2-quart chamber. If you would like to proceed with either of these 2 options let us know at css@infinish.com and we will activate the corresponding item on the website so you can place an order. You are also welcome to call your order in at 406.260.0282, hope this helps! Thank you for your inquiry.
