Since day one we have completely stood behind every product we sell. If you have any problems or are dissatisfied with any of our products please don't hesitate to contact us and we will gladly resolve the issue with a refund, account credit, or replacement, whichever you prefer. That is the service that we've always expected from our suppliers, our customers should expect the same from us!

 

Our standard return policies are as follows:


  • All products sold through Infinish are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects and may be returned for credit, replacement, or refund if found unsatisfactory. 
  • All merchandise returns must be made within 30 days of sale. 
  • Please Note: Special ordered items are not returnable unless defective or damaged in transit. If the product is defective or damaged in transit, we will pay the return shipping costs.
  • All non-defective returns are to be clean and in the condition received to receive a full credit, we will need to be able to return these items to stock and we only sell new items in new condition.
  • Shipping damage must be reported within 5 business days in order to receive credit. Please inspect your shipment contents thoroughly upon receiving. Do not discard any damaged items, the carrier may need to inspect and/or retrieve damaged goods. Claims for damaged product that has been discarded cannot be processed.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
