Description: Tripoli bar composition. Use brown tripoli compound to quickly remove sanding marks, belt lines, imperfections, scratches , and grease wheel marks from aluminum, copper, brass, and other non-ferrous metals. Recommended for use with treated sisal or cloth buffs. Not considered a coloring compound but can be used with untreated cloth buffing wheels for moderate color. Tripoli Buffing Compound is a versatile and effective solution for achieving a high-quality finish on a variety of materials. Bars are approximately 2" x 2" x 10" and have an average weight of 2.5 pounds.
Typical Application: Metal finishing. Use with treated or untreated sisal and cotton buffs to remove sanding, belting or grease wheel marks prior to color buffing.
Average Case Weight: 51 lbs.
Average Drum Weight: 450 lbs.
Precautions: Do not breathe dust during use, contains silica. Wear appropriate safety clothing and respiratory protection. Generated dust exposure can irritate eyes and skin.
