These versatile buff and blend discs are perfect for a broad range of applications, from general cleaning to finishing and more. The durable, non-woven construction conforms well to help preserve irregular or contoured surfaces, and the open-web material resists loading and keeps the abrasive minerals cutting at high performance. 

For use on grinders and polishers for moderate cut down work. 1/2" center hole.

Description: Merit High Strength Buffing Discs.

Typical Application: Deburring, weld blending, heat discoloration removal, oxide removal.

About: Merit’s high strength buffing discs are manufactured with an extremely durable non-woven nylon web and are an ideal choice for demanding finishing and deburring applications. They are moderately flexible and work well on both flat and contoured surfaces.

Construction: A non-woven nylon fiber impregnated with an aluminum oxide abrasive. Full disc design, mounts to an arbor shaft and is specifically designed for edge cut use.

Sizes: Stock diameter discs are 8". Other diameters available as a special order. Minimum quantities will apply.

Precautions: Wear appropriate safety clothing, respiratory, and eye protection during use. End flanges are required for proper mounting and safe operation. Do not exceed the maximum specified RPM.
