No matter the application of your abrasives needs, Zirgrit NZ can be used as a method for transforming the work surface into different sizes, shapes, or abrasive finishes. Each abrasive particle can be likened to an individual cutting tool, regardless of whether it possesses a single or multiple cutting edges. As the particle traverses the work surface, it initiates an abrasive action.
Zirgrit NZ has self sharpening/fracturing characteristics, much like the Turkish Emery that is no longer avalible to the marketplace.
In the use of blasting, the characteristics of Zirgrit NZ provides improved performance in wet-blasting processes, with better separation, high and consistent removal rate.
