Description: Satin finishing discs.
Typical Application: Metal finishing. Used for light to moderate stock removal, deburring, and blending operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
About: Satin finishing discs are generally used on portable power tools to impart a uniform decorative finish on various metals and other materials. They are a moderately flexible disc that’s not as aggressive as the coated abrasive counterpart. Ideal for final finishing, rust removal, light deburring, and paint preparation.
Construction: Made from open web non-woven nylon fibers impregnated with aluminum oxide abrasive grain on a nylon backing material. Available in very fine, fine, medium, and coarse grits.
Sizes: Stock diameter discs are 2”, 4”, and 4.5". Other diameters available as a special order. Minimum order quantities will apply.
